Qualtech Products precision Dupont Impact Tester is a precision Impact Tester to instantly determine the Impact Resistance of coated samples.
To perform a DuPont Impact Test the coated substrate is placed face up in the sample area of the DuPont Impact Tester. A specified Slaghuvud with a specified weight is dropped onto the substrate from a specified height. After the impact of the DuPont Presser the deformation and the damage that possibly occurred on the coating and the substrate is visually examined and compared for research and quality testing.
Detta proffs DuPont Impact Tester offers a wide range of Impact Heads, Pressers, Receivers och Testa belastningar offering a wide range of test applications, an optional Acrylic Glass Protective Cover, high repeatability and high accuracy and is available in two models:
- QPI-DP180 with a drop height of 500 mm
- QPI-DP180XL with a drop height of 1000 mm
Specialkonstruerad Pressers, Receivers och Testa belastningar are available to meet a wide range of test standards including DuPont, Honda, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan Test Standards.
Specialkonstruerad Beams are available offering a maximum drop height of up to 2500 mm.
